Little Branches is a family owned and operated child care centre providing high quality education and care for children from 6 weeks to 5 years of age. We cater for 39 children per day.    Our centre has been providing high quality care to hundreds of children in the Shire for over 20 years.   We are conveniently located in Sylvania situated off Port Hacking Road.   The hours of operation are between 7.00am-6.00pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).  We are open 51 weeks of the year, closing for 1 week over Christmas and New Year. 

We are a small centre and pride ourselves on providing a warm home like environment. We have 2 air-conditioned rooms, each for specific ages 0-3 year olds and 3-5 year olds. The children have the opportunity to learn and develop at their own pace in an environment that caters to their individual needs and learning styles.   We provide nutritionally balanced meals, this includes breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and a late afternoon snack.   

Little Branches educational curriculum focus’ on the children’s physical, personal, social, emotional, cognitive and spiritual wellbeing. Little Branches aims to develop children’s love of learning and to set the foundations for later learning. We provide diverse learning environments that build upon the wonders of childhood. We utilise the Early Years Learning Framework and focus on interest and play based learning experiences to encourage curiosity and confidence in everyday learning opportunities. 

Little Branches provides opportunities for the children to learn and play using technology, we have a Smart Board Interactive Whiteboard and iPads, where the children engage in educational games.
