Engadine Kindy Castle is a boutique 33 placement long day care centre. We have a team with passionate educators who implement fun and engaging learning programs in accordance with National Quality Standards and Early Learning Years Framework. The Centre is managed by two early childhood teachers with a combined experience of 30+ years in the Early Childhood Sector. 

Engadine Kindy Castle is a safe, nurturing environment where your child will get the attention and care that he or she needs.  Our service operates provides the highest level of care for children of ages 0-6 years. We also provide vacation care for school age children. We are open Monday - Friday from 7.00am - 6.30pm. Engadine Kindy Castle operates all year around and only closes on public holidays. 

We provide all meals (including breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, late afternoon tea and dinner) and offer a wide variety of nutritious and organic food for our children. We are qualified and experienced in catering for children's nutritional needs.

All children have the option to take a nap or undertake a quiet activity. Rest time will be consistent with your child's routine. Blankets, sheets and stuffed animals from home are always welcome to help the children relax and feel comfortable and secure.

You can rest assured that your child will be cared for with the utmost kindness, love and respect. Our staff are highly enthusiastic and recognise each child's respective needs.

Your child will be offered school readiness (preschool/ transition to school) educational program. These programs involve developmentally-appropriate activities that address each child's social, emotional and physical needs.  We provide two separate outdoor areas suitable for babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers. It is filled with infant and toddler obstacles, tricycles, climbing toys, balls, and many other seasonal toys.    

We help your children learn about the world around them by taking them on a variety of field trips throughout the year. They are always full of fun and excitement! We also have special visits from the fire brigade, police officers, paramedics and dentists. 

Children also get complimentary Dental check ups every 6 months along with gifts and watch a play with characters. We also have a vision screening program by STEPS for children that are going to school in the following year. 

Our educational program is tailored to each child's learning style. We believe each child is a precious gift and we treat them as though they were our own.
